- “Bats & Brews” tours are booking Thursdays and Saturdays through August. The tour starts at T or C Brewing Co. and ends on the Armendaris Ranch next to an underground cave housing millions of Mexican freetail bats. Sip on the craft brew of your choice while you enjoy a nosh and the amazing sight of bats and more bats flying out, up and into the evening sky.
- Sierra del Rio is hosting an old-fashioned cookout on July 4, with burgers, brats, chicken breasts, and steaks on the grill. A salad bar and sundae bar is also available – plus drinks from the bar and entertainment by Burt Ferguson! 5-9pm Thursday July 4.
- The big beautiful July 4 Fireworks Show at Elephant Butte Lake is set for Saturday July 6, with a rain date of July 7.
