The course at Turtleback Mountain Golf & Resort features 18 holes spanning 7,306 yards with a par of 72. It has a USGA course rating of 74.9 and a slope rating of 146, offering a challenging layout for golfers.
Turtleback Mountain Golf & Resort is the host of the New Mexico Open Golf Tournament through 2027.
The practice facility features top-of-the-line synthetic turf and is mostly covered, providing shade year-round. A putting green and driving range are also available. Purchase a daily pass for the practice facility in the Golf Shop.
Weekly specials for players include
- Hot Dog Monday — a flat fee (see pricing below) covers greens fee, cart fee, a premium hot dog and a can of soda
- Thursdays at 5 during Daylight Saving Time, the Hometown Jamboree 4-person scramble, with weekly team winnings
Senior discounts are offered during the week. A drink cart makes rounds when weather allows. The Roadrunners Women’s Golf Association plays the course weekly.

Golf Shop
The Golf Shop serves as HQ for players to pay fees, rent carts or clubs, and sign up for tournaments. Golfing apparel and accessories are available as well.
Meeting / Group / Event Planning Info:
Parties are welcome. Call for information on private rooms or group reservations or golf outings.
A security deposit is required upon booking. Cancel 5 days or more in advance to receive your full deposit back, or else after 5 days receive a 50% deposit refund.
Parties under the stars are available on the lower level. Guests can provide their own tents or we will arrange tent rentals.
