1-2pm: Poetry Nature Walk
A generative nature walk-and-talk with professional horticulturalist Mike Halverson and State Extension Agent Marisa “Risi” Thompson, and poet Tim Staley.
2-3pm: Cacti Fur Collective
Heather Frankland, Elise Stuart, Beate Sigriddaughter, Susan Morée, Jon Huerta, Philip Connors.
3-4pm: Desert Voices
A poetry group from Las Cruces will bring some of its finest poets to perform.
4-4:30pm: Featured Writer Philip Connors
4:30-5pm: Featured Poet Connie Wanek
5-6pm: Dinner
With music by Wil Maring and Robert Bowlin.
6-6:30pm: Headliner Poet Manuel González
NM State Poet Laureate.
