A free shuttle makes runs between Elephant Butte and Truth or Consequences on weekends between Memorial Day and Labor Day, and on New Years’ Eve.  Shuttle availability is dependent on public health orders.

Anyone over the age of 21 with a valid government issued ID can purchase recreational cannabis.  Recreational customers are allowed no more than 2 ounces of flower, 16 grams of extracts, or 800mg of edibles per purchase.  An excise tax of 12% for recreational sales is applied on top of the normal gross receipts tax rate.
