Since May 17th, Indiana University has had an Archaeology Field School taking place at the Twin Pines Village site (dating AD 550–650 and AD 1000–1130), located in the Aldo Leopold Wilderness portion of the Gila National Forest. The six week program has provided students valuable training in archaeological field methods. This community outreach presentation offers them an opportunity to exhibit their research posters and share their excavation experience at the Twin Pines Village site with the public.
