Visit downtown Truth or Consequences for a fun festive night out during Old-Fashioned Christmas! The event is sponsored annually by MainStreet Truth or Consequences. Events usually include a tree lighting at Evelyn Renfro Park at 6, a light parade, open shops serving holiday treats, and more.
Broadway will be closed for the duration of this event (from 5pm – 10pm), and Main Ave will be closed during the parade, creating a safe haven for cheery wandering. PLUS we will have events and activities in Healing Waters Plaza and Evelyn Renfro Park.
Schedule:
- 6 pm: Christmas tree lighting at Evelyn Renfro Park
- 6:30 pm: Parade of Lights
- After the Parade: Meet Santa Claus at Healing Waters Plaza
Other Activities:
- Late-night shopping at local businesses
- Vendors at Healing Waters Plaza
- Burn barrels set up along Broadway and Main
